How do I create my first journal entry?
Open Journal from the navigation bar. Tap "Start Writing" to open the composer, write your entry, optionally add mood and tags, then tap "Submit Entry." When AI analysis is enabled in your preferences, Aura adds a summary and reflection.

Data Management
Can I export my journal entries?
Yes! Go to your Profile page and tap "Export Diary Entries" to download your entries as Markdown or PDF.
